Jose Paquete d'Alva Teixeira

He was born in 1951, in the area called Potó-Potó, on the outskirts of the city of São Tomé.

Judge Counselor of the Constitutional Court between 2005 and 2018.

He has been a Jubilado Judge Counselor since 2018.
