The Authors' Store does everything in its power to ensure that the availability of the online www.AUTORES.club platform is uninterrupted and that all communications are error-free. Access to the online platform may be interrupted from time to time for repair, maintenance or introduction of new services.
Authors' Shop - Orders
Orders in the Authors' Shop can be placed on the online platform www. AUTORES.club. The Customer must register on the website, making available for this purpose the information requested in the respective form (e-mail address; name and NIF to be included on the invoice; delivery address).
To log in, the Customer must enter the email and password chosen by the Customer during registration. The Customer can choose the products and quantities to be purchased by selecting the 'Add to cart' option. When sending the order, the Customer accepts the prices and description of the items, as well as the general conditions of sale.
If it is found that any of the articles is sold out, or in production the Authors' Store undertakes to inform the Client.
Authors' Shop - Prices
In the Authors' Shop prices are expressed in euros, with VAT included at the rate in force.
The Authors' Store offers its Customers a special discount of 15% on all books and discs.
The shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, according to the following table (CTT 2021):

Authors' Shop - Payment and Billing
After the order is confirmed, the Customer must pay the full amount through one of the available means of payment (ATM, Credit Card, Paypal, MBWay, Cheque or Bank Transfer). All payments are debited in Euros.
The order will only be validated by the Publishers Store after the receipt of the respective payment has been confirmed.
If any of the items are sold out, and it was not possible to inform the Customer in advance, the corresponding amount will be returned to the means of payment used by the Customer or alternatively by bank transfer.
Authors' Shop - Delivery
The Authors' Store undertakes to deliver the ordered items as soon as possible, at the address indicated by the Client.
Except in exceptional cases, where the items are not immediately available, we will ship the order on the following business day to receive proof of payment. After the date of shipment, according to the information of ctt - Correios de Portugal, the order will arrive at the destination in:
— regular mail up to 10 working days, within Portugal (Mainland and Islands);
— up to 10 working days for the countries of Europe
— up to 20 working days in the rest of the world.
Authors' Store - Order Cancellation
The Customer may cancel the order until the time of shipment, through the e-mail address encomendas@autores.club If it has already been sent, the process becomes part of the 'return of orders'.
Authors' Shop - Return of Orders
In accordance with the legislation in force (Decree-Law No. 24/2014), the Customer may return his order within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the same, and the Customer is to bear the costs of return. The Authors' Store does not accept any return sent with postage payable or counter-refund, committing to refund the Customer no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the communication of the resolution, or on the working day following receipt of the return or proof of return of the order, depending on the one that occurs last.
To make the return, the Customer must communicate its resolution through the e-mail address encomendas@autores.club. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they arrived at the Customer's possession.
Payment will be refunded using the same payment method used by the Customer in the initial transaction or alternatively by bank transfer.
If the item has been exchanged in relation to the order in the order note or is defective, the costs of the return/exchange are the responsibility of the Authors' Store.
Authors' Store - Processing of Personal Data
The Authors' Store guarantees the confidentiality of the data provided by the Client. They will be used exclusively to communicate with the Customer during the processing of the orders he or she has placed.
The Customer may, at any time, access, rectify or delete the data provided, as well as request the cancellation of the sending of editorial and promotional communication. To do so, you can contact the Authors' Store at the encomendas@autores.club or by letter to Loja dos Autores, Avenida Rio de Janeiro, 27 C, 1700-336 Lisboa.
Authors' Shop - Applicable Law and Competent Forum
The law applicable to any contractual relationship established through the online platform of the Authors Store is Portuguese law. All matters arising from any contract concluded pursuant to these general conditions of sale shall fall within the jurisdiction of the Lisbon District Court, with express waiver of any other.
