Estimated delivery time:
- to Portugal: 2 business days
- to Europe: 7 business days
- for the Rest of the World: 15 business days
- Angola: can be picked up in our store in Luanda
Most orders will be delivered within this time period, but may take longer, especially if they are retained at customs.
The customer will be informed about the shipping and packaging costs during the purchase process. These values are not included in the prices indicated in the presentation of the products.

We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays,only on the next business day.
The customer will receive an email confirmation immediately after their order.
Exchanges & Returns
We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase!
You can return your order within 5 days, under the same conditions as you received it, by sending an email to info@perfilcriativo.net. indicating the reason for the return.
The customer is responsible for the return of the product.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment.

Registration process
The customer must register in advance to make purchases.
Registration is free of charge and can be done by completing the fields of personal data in the appropriate forms. Your personal data is protected under the Privacy Policy.
The Customer is responsible for all uses of your account, access is restricted and protected by email and password. Committing to immediately inform CREATIVE PROFILE, LDA in relation to any misuse or unauthorized use of your account, via email to info@perfilcriativo.net, in order to allow us to block their access.
Ordering process
We want to have the store always available and up and running, however, it is possible that due to maintenance services and updates we will be temporarily offline.
Due to the settings of each computer, the products offered by this store may not correspond exactly to the actual in terms of color, and cannot be held responsible for such discrepancy.
The products available in the store are limited to the stock available.
Prices
All prices are presented in euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be indicated in a separate item during the ordering process.
Payment
The customer, after placing his order, has 48 hours to process the payment or it will be automatically cancelled.
Orders will only be accepted after payment.
We accept payments by bank transfer Paypal /Visa.
Exchange Rates
CREATIVE PROFILE, LDA cannot be held responsible for the exchange rates used by banks in converting Euros to another currency.
Unclaimed orders
If the order is returned, it can be resubmitted at the customer's request. However, shipping costs will have to be paid by the customer.
Exchanges and returns
The customer has 15 days after receiving the order to exchange or return the products.
The customer must return the products in perfect condition, assuming the risk of loss or damage of the products until they are received by PERFIL CRIATIVO, LDA.
The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses inherent in the return of the products.
The value of the returned products will be refunded using the same means of payment that the customer chose at the time of the order and will be made within a maximum of 30 working days, from the date they are received by PERFIL CRIATIVO, LDA.
